At Hampton Place, water & sewage, and trash removal are included in the rental price of your apartment home. Residents will also have access to our clubhouse, swimming pool, gated-community and playground, making Hampton Place the perfect place to call home.
At Hampton Place, the security deposit is due when you submit your application and is refundable upon move-out.
At Hampton Place, the application fee is $30 per applicant and is non-refundable.
At Hampton Place, residents are responsible for electric, gas, internet, and phone/cable.
Hampton Place is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. If you're interested in welcoming a new pet into your home, there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. Hampton Place is located within the Jefferson County School District. Nearby schools include: Roosevelt-Perry Elementary and Central High School.
Hampton Place does not offer an income-based housing program.
Residents of Hampton Place can pay their monthly rental charges online through Rent Cafe (e-check, debit/credit card), Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, Bill Pay, or Money Order.
At Hampton Place, all parking spots are open to residents and their are guests spots throughout the community.
Residents of Hampton Place can report maintenance issues easily by using the online Resident Services Portal , calling the office, or emailing the office. For after-hours emergency maintenance, please call 502-390-1506 .
